Legal Associate – Tax (6407L) Εσωτερική ΝΕΟ

Currently we are looking for a Private Clients Tax Advisor for our team.

Main responsibilities

·         Conduct technical research and prepare legal opinions/notes on all aspects of Greek taxation relating to individuals with emphasis to High-Net-Worth Individuals, such as income, inheritance and gift taxation.

·         Advise individuals on all matters relating to succession and family wealth planning.

·         Interact effectively with clients, in order to understand their needs and respond to queries in a timely manner.

Main Qualifications / Personal Characteristics

·         Bachelor’s degree in Law.

·         Master’s degree in Tax Law or other Qualification in tax (e.g. Long-Term Tax Seminar certification) will be considered a strong asset.

·         Qualified as an attorney-at-law in Greece.

·         Excellent command of English (both oral and written).

·         2 – 5 years of prior experience with a proven track record in taxation related work.

·         Prior experience in civil law will be highly appreciated.

·         Excellent knowledge of MS Office.

·         Analytical and drafting skills, clear and concise writing, attention to detail.

·         A confident and positive attitude, focused on teamwork and communication with colleagues and clients.

·         Commitment, integrity, and work ethic.

·         Ability to work under strict deadlines.

·         Excellent interpersonal skills.

·         Commercial awareness.
